Give Your IPERA Glass a Second Life

A little love letter to your empties

Every jar and bottle that holds our skincare is made of premium glass — beautiful, durable, and far too lovely to throw away. Once you’ve used the last drop, your IPERA glass is ready for its next chapter. Here are twelve ideas, organised by container, to help it keep being useful long after the cream is gone.

Before you begin: a quick prep

Rinse the jar or bottle in warm soapy water. To remove any label residue, rub a little olive oil over it, leave for 10 minutes, then wipe clean. Let dry fully before reusing.

Category 01

Small Cream Jars — 60ml

Your Wild Yam Creams and Comfort Cream jars. Petite, sturdy, with a satisfying screw-top — they look like miniature apothecary pieces lined up on a shelf.

01

Travel-Size Skincare Decants

Decant serums, sunscreens, or moisturisers for weekend trips. Slips easily into a toiletry bag and stays well within airport liquid limits.

02

Cotton Pad & Hair Tie Holder

Group two or three on a tray for cotton pads, swabs, hair ties, or bobby pins. The kind of small detail that makes a bathroom feel considered.

03

Spice & Seed Station

Cumin, fennel, chia, hemp hearts — the screw-top keeps everything fresh, and clear glass means you can see what you have at a glance.

04

Tealight Votives

Drop a tealight inside. The soft glow through the glass turns a dinner table or windowsill into something quietly beautiful — no crafting required.

Category 02

Mineral Repair Balm Jar — 130ml

A generous, wide-mouth jar — the sort that holds more than you’d expect and feels lovely in the hand.

05

Pour Your Own Candle

Soy wax, a cotton wick, and a few drops of lavender or rose essential oil. The wide mouth gives an even burn and a long, calming evening light.

06

Reusable Cotton Round Jar

Stack washable cotton or bamboo rounds inside. Keeps them dust-free, within reach, and looking neat next to your sink.

07

Mini Terrarium or Air Plant Home

A layer of pebbles, a sprinkle of charcoal, a little soil, and a small succulent or air plant. Living green on a windowsill, in a jar that started as skincare.

Category 03

Mineral Fulvic Bath Soak Jar — 327ml

Your largest piece of IPERA glass. Big enough for proper storage, beautiful enough to leave on display.

08

Pantry Storage for Tea & Grains

Loose-leaf tea, granola, oats, dried herbs. The wide neck makes scooping easy and a row of matching jars instantly tidies open shelving.

09

Bathroom Vanity Vase

Stems of eucalyptus, lavender, or olive branches in clean water. A small spa moment on your bathroom counter every morning.

10

Bulk Refill Station

Refill with Epsom salts or magnesium flakes from a zero-waste shop. Keep your IPERA jar on display and quietly cut a layer of plastic from your routine.

Category 04

Oil Bottles — 50ml & 100ml

Your HydraV Intimate Oil and Wild Yam & Magnesium Body Oil bottles. Slim, elegant, and lovely with droppers or in a quiet row on a sill.

11

Your Own Aromatherapy Blends

Mix a carrier oil — jojoba, sweet almond, fractionated coconut — with essential oils for sleep, focus, or calm. Tuck one in your bag for moments you need a reset.

12

Single-Stem Bud Vases

A wildflower, a sprig of rosemary, a cutting from the garden. Three bottles lined up on a kitchen sill is all the styling a room needs.

+

Bonus — Linen & Pillow Mist

Swap the dropper for a fine-mist spray top (available cheaply online). Fill with distilled water and a few drops of lavender to mist your linens before bed.

Premium glass, by design.

We chose glass because it’s gentle on our formulas, gentle on your skin, and gentle on the planet. Glass is endlessly recyclable — but reusing it is even better. Every IPERA jar that earns a second life is one less piece of waste in the world.
