Sometimes, when you are building something slowly and quietly, you don’t always realise how far it has reached.
You are focused on the everyday work, the formulations, the conversations, the packaging, the late nights, the small decisions that slowly shape a brand over time.
And then, every now and then, a moment happens that makes you pause.
Being recognised by Google Ireland as "You're the Business" awards was one of those moments.
A Small Brand From Ireland
When I first started creating products, I never imagined the brand would one day be recognised by a company like Google.
At the time, it was simply a personal project driven by curiosity, care, and a desire to create thoughtful formulations.
Everything was built slowly.
One product at a time. One customer at a time. One conversation at a time.
So receiving that recognition felt both surreal and deeply grounding at the same time.
More Than Visibility
What made the experience meaningful was not simply the recognition itself.
It was what it represented.
A reminder that small businesses, built with intention and consistency, can reach further than we sometimes expect.
That even quiet beginnings can grow into something visible.
Technology and Creativity
One of the most interesting parts of the journey has been learning how technology and creativity can exist together.
As a small business owner, you often wear many roles at once: creator, marketer, strategist, photographer, storyteller.
Tools powered by AI became part of that process for me.
Not to replace creativity, but to support it.
To help organise ideas, refine vision, and create space for growth while still keeping the heart of the brand intact.
A Reflection of the Journey
Moments like this are easy to see from the outside as “success.”
But internally, they feel different. They feel like reflection points.
A chance to stop for a second and recognise the path that brought you there, the people who supported you, the customers who believed in the products, and the many uncertain moments along the way.
Moving Forward
Recognition is meaningful, but it is never the final destination.
The focus remains the same as it was in the beginning: creating thoughtful products, growing intentionally, and continuing to build something real.
Quietly.
Steadily.
One step at a time.
Thank you
